I know it's been a long long time since we had an episode of The MJ Show.
I apologize for that. Have just been very busy shooting my first tv series. I'm anchoring a music reality show for Zee Business now and it's been a lot of fun traveling with them shooting the episodes.
The show will start from the 16th of October (this saturday) and it's on air at 9pm. It repeats the next day (sunday) at 10am.
Also I've been busy with the new radio show - One Mumbai One Music on 94.3 Radio One. I hope you've caught a few episodes of that. I've had some fabulous guests on my show so far and I've got some more great guests coming in soon.
That being said, I apologize once again for not putting up anything for so long :)
Let me rectify that a bit now with the fab album preview for you.

This is your Musicman Mihir...signing off!
Of all the female vocalists I've heard Norah Jones is without a doubt in my top 3. I think I might round off the top 3 with Tracy Chapman and Celine Dion...but yeah, Norah is definitely right there with these two.
I've loved her from her very first album and it gives me great pleasure to take you through her complete discography and then some.
If you've not heard her much, you're going to have a really good time here tonight :)

"Lovesick Blues" is a show tune written by Cliff Friend and Irving Mills, which has become a popular country song and pop standard. It was published through Tin Pan Alley in 1922 and was recorded by numerous artists but the song's most recognizable version did not come until 1948, with Hank Williams' hit rendition.
I also love George Strait's cover of the song. Absolutely brilliant that was...but Norah Jones does something else with the song. Check it out! :)
